Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate with 50% and above (final year students can apply)

• Freshers and postgraduates (MBA/BE/B.Tech) welcome

• Age: Below 25 years

• Experience: 0-5 years in sales (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Must not have worked with the bank or its group companies earlier

• Family members of existing employees not eligible

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact Wealth/Privy clients through outbound calls

• Promote banking solutions (cards, loans, deposits, etc.)

• Achieve key metrics in sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality

• Ensure compliance with banking norms and maintain records

• 100% office-based role, no field assignments

Training Fee Refund Policy:

• 50% refund (25,000) after 1 year

• Remaining 50% refund (25,000) after 2 years
