Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to Wealth/Privy customers

• Promote & cross-sell banking products

• Achieve sales, service, and quality benchmarks

• Maintain compliance, security, and accurate records

• Deliver exceptional customer support

• 100% office-based (no fieldwork)

Training Fee Refund Policy

• 25,000 refunded after 1 year of service

• 25,000 refunded after 2 years of service
