Student Recruitment Coordinator

• Be the First Point of Contact - Handle calls, emails, and inquiries from aspiring students and their families.

• Guide Admissions Processes - Provide accurate information on entry requirements, applications, deadlines, and scholarships.

• Connect & Convert - Conduct outbound follow-ups to nurture leads and support applications.

• Support Recruitment Events - Assist with information sessions and campus tours.

• Maintain CRM Records - Track inquiries, follow-ups, and recruitment metrics.

• Collaborate for Success - Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless student onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills and a student-friendly approach.

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office & comfortable using digital tools/CRM platforms.

• English fluency and Indian local languages.
