About the Role

We are looking for a Program Associate who will closely work with the Program Lead in planning, executing, and managing Student Tribe’s initiatives. This role involves handling student programs, coordinating with colleges, ensuring smooth execution of workshops, and supporting community growth.

You will be the right hand to the Program Lead, ensuring programs run seamlessly and students receive maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in planning and executing student programs, workshops, and cohorts (Tech & Non-Tech).
• Coordinate with colleges, students, and mentors for smooth execution.
• Manage program documentation, reports, and student communication.
• Assist in tracking program progress and preparing presentations/reports.
• Support in community engagement & growth activities.
• Handle basic operational and administrative tasks for ongoing programs.
• Work with the Program Lead to brainstorm new initiatives and improve existing ones.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 0–1 years of relevant experience in program management, operations, or education domain.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
• Interest in student communities, edtech, and program management.
• Self-driven, proactive, and a team player.
