Jr. Academic Counsellor - Student Tribe Experience - 0 to 2 years About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting students on their academic journey by providing guidance, encouragement, and expertise. Responsibilities: * Build rapport and trust with students to understand their academic goals, aspirations, and learning styles. * Develop personalized academic plans tailored to each student's needs and strengths. * Guide students through course selection, admissions processes, and scholarship opportunities. * Monitor student progress, identify areas needing improvement, and provide targeted support strategies. * Motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence and personal growth. * Develop and deliver engaging workshops on academic success topics (optional). * Maintain accurate student records and documentation. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counselling, Psychology preferred). * Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or similar role. * Proven experience selling tech programs to engineering students (a strong plus). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills * Ability to build rapport and trust with students of diverse backgrounds. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
