Job Description

Responsibilities: * Build rapport and trust with students to understand their academic goals, aspirations, and learning styles. * Develop personalized academic plans tailored to each student's needs and strengths. * Guide students through course selection, admissions processes, and scholarship opportunities. * Monitor student progress, identify areas needing improvement, and provide targeted support strategies. * Motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence and personal growth. * Develop and deliver engaging workshops on academic success topics (optional). * Maintain accurate student records and documentation. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, Psychology preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience as an Academic Counselor or similar role. * Proven experience selling tech programs to engineering students (a strong plus). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. * Ability to build rapport and trust with students of diverse backgrounds. * Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * A passion for education and student success.
