Our mission is to equip students with in-demand technical skills and support them in securing successful placements in the IT industry. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Student Placement Officer to facilitate placement opportunities for our fresher IT students. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students launch their IT careers. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, HR professionals, and hiring managers. Identify job openings, internships, and project opportunities relevant to our course specializations. Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. Prepare students for placement through resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills training. Track placement records and prepare reports. Work closely with instructors to understand student strengths and recommend job roles accordingly. Regularly update students about industry trends and job market requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (IT background preferred). 2+ years of experience in placement coordination or recruitment, preferably in the education or IT sector. Strong network within the IT industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with technical roles and IT job market trends. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of IT course domains (e.g., DevOps, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development). Experience with student management systems or CRM tools.
