Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-oriented and empathetic Student Counselor Intern to join our admissions department. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the education sector and wish to develop their skills in student engagement and relationship management. You will act as a bridge between the institution and prospective families, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Respond to inbound inquiries and reach out to prospective applicants to explain program benefits and curriculum details.
• Admissions Coordination: Assist parents and students through the documentation and registration phases of the admission cycle.
• Communication: Maintain a professional and helpful tone while conducting telephonic consultations and follow-ups.
• Data Integrity: Efficiently manage student records using CRM software and MS Office to ensure no lead is overlooked.
• Team Collaboration: Support the senior management team in organizing admission drives and campus orientations.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in the final year) or Master’s degree.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is essential for effective communication with local stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and handle student queries with patience and clarity.
• Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with set daily targets for outreach.
