Role Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll counsel students and working professionals on suitable online programs, guide them through the enrollment process, and help them make informed career decisions. This role is on behalf of one of our prestigious EdTech clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students & professionals on online courses
• Understand goals & suggest suitable university programs
• Explain course details, career outcomes & benefits
• Manage leads via calls, emails & virtual sessions
• Follow up to ensure lead conversion & enrollment
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate (Education, HR, Psychology preferred)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a student-first approach
• Basic MS Office & CRM knowledge
