Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Strategy & Operations Intern which is essentially being our Chief Operating Officer. This isn’t a "coffee-running" internship. You will be responsible for the heartbeat of our business: ensuring our high-end photography equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, and that the process of getting it there is as profitable as possible.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of Logistics and Growth. You won’t just manage the inventory; you will drive the demand that moves it. You will work directly with the Founder to professionalize our operations while simultaneously amplifying our brand voice to capture market share.

You will work directly with the Founder/CEO to transition our operations from a "late stage startup" to a "scalable enterprise."

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Generation: Take ownership of our digital footprint (Instagram, LinkedIn, Website). You won't just post content; you will execute a strategy to drive traffic.
• Content-to-Commerce: Align & execute our social calendar
• Operational Architecture: Audit our end-to-end rental workflow—from booking and prep to shipping and returns—and implement software or process improvements to reduce "downtime" of gear.
• Inventory & Yield Management: Analyze rental data to determine which assets have the highest ROI. Help us decide what to buy next and what to sell off.
• Logistics & Quality Control: Oversee the "Order-to-Delivery" cycle. You’ll ensure our team’s Quality Control standards are documented and scalable.
• Vendor & Client Relations: Negotiate with different partners to optimize our cost structure.
• Financial Oversight: Develop good book keeping practices, liasion with the CA for all compliance related activities. Track unit economics. You will be responsible for reporting on utilization rates and helping manage the operational budget.
• Strategic Scaling: Create a "Playbook" for expanding our delivery footprint.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier MBA or Business Master's program. Prior experience before the program is a big plus
• Analytical Mindset: You love a good spreadsheet. You can look at 1000 lines of rental history and spot a trend others missed.
• Operational Grit: You aren't afraid to go into the warehouse to understand the workflow before you try to optimize it.
• Interest in Production: While you don't need to be a Director of Photography, a passion for the film/photography industry is a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with rental management software is a bonus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
