What is Delhi Picklers?

Delhi Picklers is one of the fastest-growing pickleball communities — 500+ members in 90 days, 200+ weekly players, and recently featured in the Times of India (National Edition). We’re building more than a sports group: a community where fitness meets fun, people find belonging, and barriers to starting a new sport disappear.

We’re now looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern to join us as we scale.

• Take charge of new initiatives — from ideation to execution — with founder support.
• Build playbooks for expansion into new neighbourhoods and, eventually, cities.
• Ensure operational consistency and efficiency across multiple locations.

• Work with the revenue team to bring in sponsors for sessions, events, and leagues.
• Develop creative brand integrations that add value for both players and partners.
• Support the design of membership models, credit systems, and loyalty programmes.

• Negotiate with venue owners to secure courts on favourable terms.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimise costs.
• Coordinate session logistics with coaches, partners, and players.

• Track weekly metrics (attendance, revenue, repeat rate) and recommend improvements.
• Gather player feedback and convert insights into action.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills — can see both big picture and details.
• Confident in deal-making, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with high ownership; thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment.
• Passion for sports, fitness, or community-building is a big plus.

• Ownership: Run projects end-to-end with real responsibility.
