About the Role:

As the Strategy Lead Portfolio & Synergies, you will be a core member of the CEO s Office, responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction across Sarder Inc.'s portfolio of companies. You will identify synergies across entities, drive cross-functional collaboration, uncover new growth opportunities, and ensure strategic alignment with our mission to revolutionize global education and AI adoption. This is a high-impact leadership role, critical to realizing our 1-billion learner vision.

Key Responsibility:

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and drive long-term strategic plans across portfolio companies (NetCom

Learning, AI Certs, NetCom+, etc.).

Define business priorities in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.

Cross-Company Synergies

Identify, develop, and operationalize synergistic opportunities across subsidiaries, focusing on content reuse, sales channels, product bundling, and shared technology platforms.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Conduct macro and micro market analysis to identify new markets, customer segments, and innovation trends in education and AI.

Benchmark against competitors and develop winning strategies.

New Business & Growth Initiatives

Launch and incubate new business lines aligned with emerging market needs

Work with internal and external stakeholders to pilot, test, and scale strategic initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Leverage business intelligence and analytics to track performance, identify gaps, and make informed strategic recommendations.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

Act as a central point of coordination among functional leaders (Marketing, Sales, Product, Learning, Ops) to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans.

Prepare and present strategic updates to the CEO and Board.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

Drive a culture of innovation across the organization.

Contribute thought leadership to reinforce Sarder Inc.'s position at the forefront of education and AI transformation.

OKRs & Success Metrics

Define and monitor strategic OKRs across business units.

Ensure strategy execution is delivering on defined KPIs and business outcomes.

Special Projects & CEO Office Support

Take ownership of critical and high-visibility initiatives as required by the CEO.

Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner on complex decisions.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in strategy, business consulting, or corporate development, preferably in edtech, AI, or SaaS environments.

Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving cross-company alignment.

Deep understanding of education ecosystems, B2B/B2C business models, and AI-driven transformations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
