Job Description

Role Overview:

Strategy & Investor Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed
financial models
, ROI and IRR analysis for new business opportunities.
Evaluate
market potential, industry trends, and strategic fit
for new ventures.
Prepare
investment memos, pitch decks, and investor teasers
for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct
valuation, sensitivity, and scenario analysis
for strategic projects.
Work with leadership to build and refine
business plans and long-term projections.
Support
fundraising, investor outreach, and MIS reporting
with data-driven insights.
Benchmark
industry comps
and track competitor strategies to guide decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2 - 5 years experience in
corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking, or financial analysis.
Strong command of
Excel financial modeling
and
PowerPoint presentation design.
Solid understanding of
IRR, RoCE, NPV, capital structure, and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
Passion for
sustainability, circular economy, or clean energy
sectors is a plus.

BCom / BBA / B.Tech / BE
PG:
MBA / PGDM (Finance / Strategy) / M.Com / CFA / CA
