Associate Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director to lead our BI and MIS initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making in the ever-evolving landscape of complex US healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive BI and MIS strategy aligned with the organization's revenue cycle goals.

Collaborate with Line of Business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for success.

BI and MIS Development:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and MIS solutions

Drive innovation in data analytics, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance decision support capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with clients, operations, and enabling teams to understand information needs and ensure BI and MIS solutions meet organizational and client requirements.

Foster a collaborative environment that promotes the integration of BI and MIS into daily operations.

Team Management

Lead a team of BI and MIS professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and support for continuous skillcdevelopment.

Ensure the team delivers high-quality and timely insights, reports, presentations and data visualizations.

Data Governance and Security:

Establish and enforce data governance policies and security measures for BI and MIS systems, ensuring

compliance with healthcare regulations

Implement strategies to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in BI, MIS, or related roles, with a focus on healthcare revenue cycle management.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams in complex healthcare

environments

Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MIS systems.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
