As an ideal candidate for the role, you will be responsible for solving complex business problems from strategy to execution. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategy: - Conduct research and compile data/information to support decision-making for the company's growth strategy and operational performance optimization. - Gather market and competitive intelligence to update the competitive landscape regularly. - Analyze large amounts of data to drive strategic initiatives and provide insights for business leaders. - Streamline business and operation processes in collaboration with core business teams. - Assist in the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards. - Draft short- and long-term strategy proposals for the business unit. - Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, reports, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM). - Analyze the regulatory landscape for the RE industry. - Streamline procurement processes for vendor selection and cost efficiency. Program Management: - Collaborate with functional teams for project planning and execution. - Drive critical projects and initiatives by developing detailed project plans. - Maintain organizational standards of quality and performance. - Analyze and overcome program risks, and produce reports for managers and stakeholders. Problem Solving: - Implement creative and cost-effective solutions to address execution hurdles. - Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement, asset management, and project execution. - Develop proactive strategies to overcome bottlenecks and ensure progress and efficiency. - Anticipate and mitigate communication gaps or delays between stakeholders for timely and cost-effective project delivery.
