As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for helping to solve complex business problems from strategy to execution. Your skills and responsibilities will include: Strategy: - Conducting research and compiling data/information on various topics to support decision-making related to the growth strategy and operational performance optimization of the company - Gathering market and competitive intelligence to update the competitive landscape regularly - Providing business analytic strength by analyzing large amounts of data to drive strategic initiatives and provide insights for business leaders - Working with core business teams to streamline business and operation processes - Collaborating on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards for driving business decisions - Drafting and iterating short- and long-term strategy proposals for the business unit - Preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes to track action points - Analyzing the regulatory landscape for the RE industry - Streamlining the procurement processes to optimize vendor selection for higher cost efficiency Program Management: - Collaborating with various functional teams for planning and hands-on execution of specific projects - Identifying, scoping, and driving critical projects and initiatives, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams by developing detailed project plans with activity-based milestones - Maintaining organizational standards of quality and performance - Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks, and producing program reports for managers and stakeholders Problem Solving: - Addressing execution hurdles by implementing creative and cost-effective solutions to overcome operational, financial, or logistical challenges - Assessing and mitigating risks associated with procurement, asset management, and project execution to ensure steady progress of critical projects - Anticipating commercial, operational, logistical, and process-related bottlenecks and developing proactive strategies to ensure progress and efficiency across projects - Actively anticipating and mitigating communication gaps or procedural delays between stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of output,
