Strategy Analyst

Overview

A Strategy Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping a companys long-term direction by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and communication skills to influence decision-making and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support in develop strategic plans aligned with company goals and market trends
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modelling
• Support Offering and Business units in developing their respective strategies in line with the organisation strategy
• Present competitor and market insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business analysis
• Experience with financial modelling and strategic planning
