Strategy Analyst

As a Strategy Analyst at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence within the Commercial analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be to build, maintain, and develop analytical capabilities that contribute to value-add initiatives for the Global Transaction banking organization. Your role will involve harnessing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings and ensure unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and extract relevant data from internal and external sources. - Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing models. - Develop and implement data quality control procedures. - Build and validate quantitative models to support decision-making across different business areas. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of SAS and SQL. - Experience in a Data Analytics role. - Familiarity with AWS. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to articulate technical findings in business terms and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
