Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and build high-impact pitch decks with strong insights, narratives, and creative directions.
• Translate business problems into clear strategic opportunities and creative territories.
• Conduct quick but sharp research across culture, consumers, competitors, and trends.
• Develop brand positioning, campaign ideas, content strategies, and communication frameworks.
• Partner closely with creative teams (copy + design) to shape campaign ideas, scripts, hooks, and visual directions.
• Craft storytelling flows for presentations — from insight → idea → execution.
• Present strategies and pitch narratives to internal stakeholders and clients confidently.
• Stay ahead of trends, digital culture, and new formats to inspire fresh ideas.
• Evaluate campaign concepts and ensure they align with brand strategy.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Strong storytelling, concept thinking, and ability to structure pitch narratives.
• Sharp understanding of content, digital culture, platforms, and brand behaviour.
• Ability to crack big ideas, hooks, and creative routes that are pitch-ready.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — both verbal and deck-making.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with tight pitch timelines.
• Understanding of brand identity, user psychology, and industry landscapes.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist / Brand Strategist / Planner in an agency.
• Experience in making and presenting winning pitches.
• Ability to structure visually strong decks (Keynote/PowerPoint/Google Slides).
