• Proven end - to- end experience in Strategic Sourcing.
• IT and Non IT Strategic Sourcing Experience
• Comfortable with Australian time zones
• Willingness to work onsite from the office
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English

Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role :

• Sourcing & Demand Management drive and influence sourcing strategies to deliver benefits to the enterprise, including leading of complex end-to-end sourcing activities (RFx) which are considered, and timely.
• Supplier Management design and execution of a robust, balanced supplier management and governance framework that meets Client policy and regulatory requirements while driving business benefit.
• Contract Management lead all supplier contract activities (reviewing, drafting, negotiating, supplier due diligence etc.) and manage assigned contracts to ensure appropriate strategies are in place prior to expiry.
• Benefits and Value Creation deliver a strong contribution towards the agreed departmental benefits as determined by the organisation.
• Process Improvement identify and deliver continuous sourcing process improvements and simplification, in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
• Risk & Compliance – proactively manage third-party risk within appetite through an ‘always-on’ risk and compliance lens throughout all activities.
• Collaboration – establish exceptional working relationships with contract owners, business and technology leads, procurement, legal, across Client and with Suppliers/Vendors.
• Partnership – enable business stakeholders by providing sound commercial advice on optimal sourcing solutions.
