Job Description

As a Strategic Sales Manager for a revolutionary SaaS based product company, your role will involve taking complete ownership of the sales strategy & cycle for the portfolio of SAAS products & solutions. This includes handling lead generation, managing the sales process, and ensuring deal closure. You will be responsible for developing quarterly & yearly sales forecasts, leading the team to achieve sales targets, and building robust pipeline trackers & business development plans. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and introducing the best-fit tech solution for the client's unique business process. Key Responsibilities: - Own the sales strategy & cycle for SAAS products, from lead generation to deal closure - Develop quarterly & yearly sales forecasts and ensure team fulfillment - Build robust pipeline trackers & business development plans - Identify & introduce the best-fit tech solution for client's unique business process - Build lasting relations with CXOs of digital native businesses - Ensure customer satisfaction for retention and leverage cross-sell/upsell opportunities Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS products in the Indian market - Thorough understanding of tech solutions & SaaS products - Proven track record of closing high-value tech deals as a storyteller - Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, it would be good to have a location preference for Gurgaon and the offered CTC range of Rs. 15-30 LPA based on the last drawn salary.
