Strategic Partnership Manager

Role Overview: As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at MoneyTap, your main responsibility will be to establish and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with financial institutions, banks, NBFCs, and other lenders. This role involves a combination of product thinking, financial modeling, deal negotiation, business development, and relationship management to support the growth of MoneyTap and its entities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business cases and financial scenarios for businesses at different growth stages. - Identify and onboard new financial partners, banks, NBFCs, and balance sheet partners. - Lead or participate in the preparation of financial models, information memorandums, and teaser decks for capital raises such as debt and equity. - Support delivery timelines on critical organization-level projects involving partnerships. - Utilize insights and analytics to create and execute impactful strategies. - Act as the primary contact for partners, manage ongoing relationships, assess and manage risks, and address escalations. - Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to balance partner demands with the long-term direction of the product. - Provide business reviews to senior management regarding progress, successful initiatives, and roadblocks. - Travel as needed to identify and maintain partnerships. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in leading strategic partnerships and programmatic execution. - Strong relationship building and diplomatic communication skills. - Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and working with large amounts of quantitative or financial data. - Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with optional knowledge in R or Python. - Detail-oriented with good team and project management skills.
