Strategic Partnership Manager

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at MoneyTap, your primary responsibility would be to establish and manage strategic alliances and partnerships, particularly with financial institutions such as banks, NBFCs, central bank regulators, lenders, and balance sheet providers. This crucial role involves a mix of product strategy, financial modeling, deal negotiation, business development, and relationship management. Your roles and responsibilities will include developing business cases and financial scenarios for businesses at different growth stages, identifying and onboarding new financial partners, leading or participating in the preparation of financial models and information memorandums for capital raise activities, supporting delivery timelines on key organizational projects involving partnerships, offering insights and analytics to shape and execute impactful strategies, and serving as the primary contact for partners to manage ongoing relationships effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess prior experience in leading strategic partnerships, strong relationship-building and communication skills, analytical prowess, proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen eye for detail. While knowledge of R or Python is advantageous, it is not mandatory. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, with an educational background in any graduate or post-graduate field. Preferred qualifications include CA/CFA/Engineering/MBA from Tier 1 colleges.
