Position Overview

  • Partnership Development

    • Identify and evaluate potential IT partners (cloud providers, software vendors, cybersecurity firms, etc.).
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners to expand Consultadds service offerings.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing models, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Account & Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts.
    • Build long-term relationships that create mutual value and business growth.
    • Monitor partner performance, ensuring alignment with Consultadds business goals.
  • Collaboration & Enablement

    • Work with internal delivery and sales teams to integrate partner products and services into client solutions.
    • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions on partner offerings.
    • Support marketing initiatives, co-branded events, and joint campaigns with partners.
  • Market Research & Strategy

    • Research market trends and competitor alliances to identify new partnership opportunities.
    • Develop reports and recommendations for leadership on strategic partnership opportunities.
    • Track partnership ROI and provide regular updates on performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in

    partnership development, IT services, and business growth strategy

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal technical and business teams in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship, project, or work experience in

    account management, sales, or partnership development

  • Basic understanding of

    IT services and platforms

    such as CRM, ERP, Cloud, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems of major providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting co-marketing or joint sales initiatives.
