Job Description

Strategic Partnership Manager

You will identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners (technology firms, resellers, marketing agencies, and system integrators), ensuring they are technically enabled to deliver Libromi’s advanced WhatsApp AI and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify and sign high-value strategic partners across key markets (MENA, India, SEA, etc.).

  • Build long-term partner relationships that align with revenue growth goals.
  • Negotiate partnership models (reseller, white-label, revenue share, credits).
  • Revenue & Go-To-Market Enablement

  • Work with partners to co-create go-to-market strategies, joint campaigns, and events.

  • Define clear revenue targets and ensure partners deliver on business commitments.
  • Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to leverage partner networks for new opportunities.
  • Technical Enablement & Support

  • Ensure partners are trained on Libromi’s WhatsApp Cloud API, chatbot builder, and automation stack.

  • Provide technical resources, product demos, and documentation to help partners succeed.
  • Act as the bridge between partners and internal product/tech teams for smooth integrations.
  • Collaboration & Growth

  • Build joint success stories with partners, showcasing impact to clients.

  • Maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and report on partner performance and revenue contribution.
  • Continuously optimize the partnership program with scalable processes and incentives.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    partnership management, channel sales, or business development

    in SaaS/IT.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, APIs, cloud solutions, and automation tools.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in technical enablement or working with solution architects is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, or Engineering preferred.
