Strategic Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and manage long-term collaborations with agencies, startups, and corporates that generate steady business for Avidion Softwares. This role goes beyond individual sales, focusing on alliances, channels, and joint ventures that drive recurring revenue and scale our business faster. 📊 Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with agencies, SaaS companies, outsourcing firms, and corporates. Build strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication, networking events, and industry forums. Negotiate and close partnership agreements (revenue share, white-labelling, joint ventures). Develop and manage a pipeline of partners that consistently provide IT service projects. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Project Managers) to ensure seamless execution of partner-driven projects. Track performance, partner satisfaction, and profitability; share insights with leadership for future growth. Upsell and expand partnership scope (e.g., web → mobile apps → AI/enterprise solutions). 🔑 Skills & Qualities Needed Excellent networking & communication skills (domestic + international). Strong understanding of IT/software services (web, mobile, SaaS, AI, enterprise). Proven ability to negotiate, close, and grow B2B partnerships. Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on building recurring revenue streams. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. 💰 Compensation Base Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month (depending on experience). Incentives: 5–10% of revenue generated from partnerships.
