Job Title: Strategic Operations Lead Location: Pune Type: High-Ownership Role Reporting To: Founder / CEO About the Role: We are hiring on behalf of our client—a dynamic, founder-led startup—for a Strategic Operations Lead to join their high-impact Founder’s Office . This is not your typical single-function role. You'll play a key role across delivery operations, scrum management, HR coordination , and special projects , working directly with the Founder/CEO. What You’ll Own: Delivery & Service Operations: Own and drive project delivery tracking across multiple workstreams Liaise between customer-facing and backend teams to ensure SLAs and timelines Proactively flag risks and suggest solutions Agile & Scrum Management: Lead sprint ceremonies (standups, retros, planning) Track team velocity, backlog, and dependencies across squads People & HR Coordination: Oversee internal HR processes: onboarding, timesheets, leave planning, team feedback Support founder with hiring plans and workforce realignment Special Projects (Founder’s Office): Execute high-priority initiatives—automation pilots, NPS tracking, internal ops Prepare dashboards and business review reports You’ll Thrive If You Have: 1–6 years of experience in startup ops, delivery/project management, agile/scrum, or HR operations Strong execution mindset—can bring order to chaos Excellent communication (written + verbal) A “no task is too small” attitude Bonus Points For: Background in consulting, program management, or business ops Certified Scrum Master, PMP, or similar certifications Experience in early-stage or mid-scale startup environments Hands-on experience in HR process coordination Compensation & Growth: CTC Range: ₹9 – ₹15 LPA (based on experience & fit) Incentives: Performance-based, where applicable Career Path: Chief of Staff / Delivery Head / Business Ops Lead Culture & Work Environment: Flat hierarchy High-trust, founder-led setup Agile and fast-paced with a strong focus on ownership and learning Apply now to be part of a high-impact journey with our client and work directly with top leadership on exciting, real-world business challenges.
