We are seeking a Strategic Marketing & Presales Consultant who can seamlessly blend business strategy, client engagement, and marketing communication. You will be responsible for supporting presales activities, crafting compelling marketing content, conducting market research, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Presales Strategy & Client Engagement

  • Lead presales efforts including solution presentations, proposal development, and client demos.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to understand client requirements and tailor solutions.
  • Manage quoting, contract negotiations, and campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

Marketing & Brand Communication

  • Develop high-impact marketing content for digital platforms, proposals, and presentations.
  • Organize and support marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Enhance brand visibility through SEO, social media, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Work with inside sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects.

Business Analysis & Strategic Planning

  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation.
  • Analyze data using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights.
  • Support business development through outreach optimization and strategic advisory.
  • Participate in primary research activities including interviews, surveys, and field studies.

Revenue & Process Management

  • Coordinate with leadership on forecasting, pricing, and delivery planning.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and dashboard reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy across CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 515 years of experience in presales, business consulting, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), SEO strategies, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Exposure to energy, utilities, or technology domains is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
