Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Financial Partner located in Pune, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Strategic Financial Partner will be responsible for providing financial insights and guidance to help the company make informed decisions. Key tasks include developing financial strategies, analyzing financial performance, creating financial models, preparing financial reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives and providing strategic financial support for business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial forecasting skills
• Experience in creating financial strategies and preparing financial reports
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial risk management
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is preferred
