About the role

What you’ll do

• Drive the company’s

  financial planning cycles

  — build forecasts, budgets, and scenario models that guide strategic decisions.

• Lead

  company-wide strategic initiatives

  , partnering with the CEO to align financial, operational, and business priorities.

• Build and maintain

  financial models

  , run unit economics analyses, and generate insights that influence investment, product, and growth decisions.

• Manage

  investor relations

  end-to-end: prepare financial updates, board decks, fundraising materials, and respond to investor/analyst queries with accurate insights.

• Own key

  business metrics

  : set up dashboards, run monthly/quarterly performance reviews, and identify opportunities to improve margins, efficiency, and growth.

• Conduct

  market, competitive, and industry research

  to support long-term planning, capital allocation, and strategic direction.

• Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, ops, growth) to ensure smooth execution of

  finance-backed strategic and operational projects

  .

What makes you a good fit

• 3+ years

  of experience in strategic finance, business finance, FP&A, consulting, or analytical operations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional analytical skills, including

  financial modelling

  and translating data into recommendations.

• High-ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive projects end-to-end.

• Comfortable balancing

  strategic thinking

  with

  hands-on execution

  across financial, operational, and business domains.
