Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Account Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing strong client relationships, creating strategic sales presentations, and driving business development initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with teams to improve sales operations and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and meet sales targets
• Experience in Account Management and building strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Business Development, identifying growth opportunities, and driving client acquisition
• Knowledge of Sales Operations, including process improvement and pipeline management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Prior experience in digital marketing or a similar industry is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
