About Zudu AI Zudu AI is transforming global enterprise call centers through human-like AI voice agents. Our advanced platform automates complex customer interactions, optimizes operations, and delivers real business value at scale. As we enter our next growth phase, we’re seeking a Strategic Account Manager to represent us to top-tier clients, drive new business, and own CXO relationships. The Opportunity We’re looking for a high-agency, ambitious professional who thrives on owning client relationships, closing deals, and acting as the trusted face of Zudu AI to enterprise customers. This is not a junior role—it’s for someone who combines raw intelligence, confidence, and real-world hustle. Key Responsibilities Build and own long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target accounts. Present, pitch, and sell Zudu AI’s platform to new and existing enterprise clients—driving the full sales cycle from discovery to closure. Understand client business needs, map solutions, and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify new opportunities for expansion within key accounts and drive cross-sell/upsell initiatives. Manage complex negotiations, objections, and commercial terms with authority and clarity. Collaborate closely with product, AI, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success. Serve as the single point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring outstanding client experience and satisfaction. Who You Are Confident, articulate, and able to “own the room” in both virtual and in-person meetings with CXOs. Strong communicator with excellent English (spoken and written). Fresh graduate or early-career professional with high achievement in leadership roles (debate, MUN, student body, campus events, startup, or prior sales internships). Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, ask the right questions, and thrive in ambiguity. Entrepreneurial mindset, high on common sense, and relentless in pursuit of results.
