Job Title: Strategic Account Manager – IT Hardware & Enterprise Sales
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Salary Range: Up to ₹30 LPA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager with strong experience in enterprise B2B IT infrastructure sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts, selling IT hardware, and driving revenue through solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the assigned region.
  • Drive sales for a wide range of IT infrastructure offerings including:
  • End-user computing (laptops, desktops, workstations)
  • Networking & storage solutions
  • AV & video conferencing systems (AVSI)
  • Endpoint security tools and MDM solutions
  • Managed infrastructure services
  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and OEM Partners.
  • Identify and convert upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design winning solutions.
  • Maintain account health, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B IT infrastructure/hardware sales.
  • Prior exposure to managing strategic/enterprise accounts is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of technologies and OEMs (e.g., Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, Aruba, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the IT hardware and managed services ecosystem.
  • Consultative selling and solution-based engagement mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Preferred Industry Background:

  • BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Telecom, Retail, or similar verticals
  • Experience in working with system integrators, OEMs, or VARs
