About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Account Manager – IT Sales to join our team and take ownership of high-value client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, driving IT solution sales, and developing long-term strategic partnerships that align with client objectives. Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.Develop and execute account plans focused on expanding solution adoption and increasing revenue.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling.Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing expert guidance on IT software licensing, digital transformation, and infrastructure solutions.Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Procurement, and Operations) to ensure seamless delivery and support.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track solution performance, understand future needs, and reinforce value delivery.Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights to clients. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, key account management, or enterprise solutions selling.Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts in the IT industry.Strong knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, cloud computing, networking, or cybersecurity solutions.Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders.
