Job Description

As a foundational sales leader at our fast-growing Cloud-based EdTech company, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered career platform in Higher Education. Your primary focus will be on closing key institutional contracts and setting the stage for future team growth, with a clear path to leadership. Key Responsibilities: - **Partnership Acquisition & Execution:** - Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract signing for multi-year institutional agreements. - Craft customized proposals and presentations to clearly articulate the ROI of our AI platform, highlighting improved graduate outcomes. - Lead complex contract negotiations with university stakeholders. - **Stakeholder Navigation:** - Identify and engage key stakeholders such as Provosts, Deans, and Placement Directors to secure comprehensive buy-in. - Tailor messaging to address the unique pain points of each stakeholder group, such as skill assessment for Deans and placement data for Career Services. - Establish yourself as a trusted advisor on EdTech and student employability strategy. - **Strategic Growth:** - Gather market feedback to shape our product roadmap. - Develop a replicable sales playbook to support your potential team. - Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years selling SaaS/Tech directly into the Higher Education market. - Proven track record of meeting sales quotas in a consultative environment. - Ability to communicate the value of AI, data analytics, and dashboard reporting to non-technical audiences. - Proficiency in proposal writing and contract negotiation. - A proactive "builder" mindset, ready to establish processes and grow alongside the company.
