What you’ll do

• Manage and scale 40–70 large accounts (with >5000 employees)
• Work with senior stakeholders (CFOs, CHROs, Admin Heads)
• Lead end-to-end RFP and tender processes
• Strengthen relationships with Infra/Facility Management companies
• Ensure client retention, renewals & account profitability

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience managing large enterprise accounts
• Strong background in

  FMCG/BFSI/IT

  sector sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Field-first mindset (80% time with clients)
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on ownership and impact
