Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an STP/ETP/WWTP Supervisor located in Orrisa / Goa , with some flexibility for remote work. The Supervisor will manage the operation and maintenance of STP, ETP, and WWTP systems, ensuring their efficiency and compliance with relevant environmental standards. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day activities, monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with teams for system optimization. Regular interaction with clients to address needs and communicate operational updates is also required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Strong technical knowledge of STP, ETP, WWTP, and related systems
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting water treatment processes and ensuring system maintenance
• Competence in team management and coordination
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Diploma/Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in report preparation and communication with stakeholders
• Experience in project documentation and compliance is a plus

Experience

• More than 3 years in STP/Wastewater Treatment Plant
