STP / ETP / WWTP Supervisor

**Job Description** As an STP/ETP/WWTP Supervisor at Inovar Engineering and Consultants, you will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) in Orrisa / Goa. Your role will involve ensuring the efficiency and compliance of these systems with relevant environmental standards. This is a full-time hybrid position with the flexibility of some remote work. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise day-to-day activities of STP, ETP, and WWTP systems - Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot technical issues - Coordinate with teams for system optimization - Regularly interact with clients to address their needs and provide operational updates **Qualifications** - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Strong technical knowledge of STP, ETP, WWTP, and related systems - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting water treatment processes and ensuring system maintenance - Competence in team management and coordination - Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Diploma/Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field - Proficiency in report preparation and communication with stakeholders - Experience in project documentation and compliance is a plus Inovar Engineering and Consultants specializes in providing innovative and cost-effective water management solutions for a variety of sectors, including industries, hospitality, and residential societies.
