Position: Storyline Developer
Location: Delhi
Experience: 1–3 years (or as needed)

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Storyline Developer to design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline. The ideal candidate should have strong instructional design understanding, creativity, and technical expertise in building engaging, learner-centric digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline (2/3/360).
• Convert raw content (scripts, PPTs, documents) into engaging learning modules.
• Create scenarios, assessments, drag-drops, simulations, and branching logic.
• Work with SMEs, designers, and project managers to finalize course flow.
• Develop responsive layouts and ensure cross-device compatibility.
• Add voiceovers, animations, triggers, states, and interactions.
• Test and debug courses before delivery.
• Publish SCORM/xAPI packages for LMS deployment.
• Maintain and update existing Storyline modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (mandatory).
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with SCORM, LMS platforms, and e-learning standards.
• Strong visual design sense and ability to create clean UI layouts.
• Knowledge of audio/video editing (basic).
• Good communication, attention to detail, and deadline management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Articulate Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, or other e-learning tools.
• Basic HTML5/CSS knowledge.
• Ability to storyboard and script learning scenarios.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Storyline development (or similar e-learning tools).
