Stores Incharge

We, at Magarpatta Group of Companies are seeking an experienced Store In- Charge to oversee the daily operations of our stores at Nanded City, Riverview City and Magarpatta City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, conducting audits and ensuring efficient store operations.

The candidate must have experience in Civil Industry. (Candidates other than Civil Industry will not be eligible for the post)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies.

2. Lead and manage a team of store staff

3. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

4. Ensure Compliance with company policies and procedures

5. Analyse inventory data and optimize stock levels

6. Co-ordinate with logistics, supply chain and other departments

7. Implement process improvements to increase efficeincy

8. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records

9. Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory

10.Co-ordinate with logistics and supply chain teams

11.Implement and maintain inventory control procedures

12. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

13. Thorough knowledge of Civil Material.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in store management or inventory management in Civil Industry

2. Strong organizational and analytical skills

3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

4. Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with inventory management software

2. Knowledge of auditing and inventory control procedures

3. Certification in inventory management or logisitic

4. Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
