Gym Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness center in Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily gym operations including staff supervision and scheduling

2. Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction

3. Maintain a safe , clean and well maintained gym environment

4. Implement and enforce gym policies and procedures

5. Manage membership sales , renewals and retention

6. Co-ordinate staff training and development programmes

7. Monitor and control gym expenses , including budgeting and inventory management

8. Handle member complaints and resolve issues properly.

Requirements:

1. 5 + years of experience in Gym Management or a related field

2. Strong leadership and management skills

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills

4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask

5. Basic knowledge of fitness and exercise science

Preferred Skills :

1. Certification in fitness management or a related field

2.Experience with gym management software

3. Knowledge of marketing and sales principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
