Job Description

MALE candidate with DME / BE or Bachelor Degree with Minimum 5 years work experience required in Stores. (Inward / Outward / Material issues / Inventory / GRN / Invoicing / Auditing, etc.,)

A store and work schedule executive manages store operations and employee scheduling. This role involves overseeing daily tasks, inventory management, and ensuring smooth store operations, while also creating and managing employee work schedules.

Good knowledge in System software / google sheet works etc., (SAP)

Work with Stores / Despatch dept., and having good Fasteners material knowledge (Bolts, nuts, and allied products.,)

Good in Stock Audit, Material Issues, FIFO, Location mapping, etc.,

Key Responsibilities:

Daily tasks, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory, and coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate stock.

Creating and managing employee work schedules, considering factors like staffing needs, employee availability, and store operational requirements.

Preparing and presenting reports on store performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

Supervising and coordinating with store staff & Labours, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively.

Specific duties may include:

  • Receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  • Maintaining store records.
  • Managing stock levels and initiating replenishments.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handling damaged products and returns.
  • Reconciling received product quantities with purchase orders.
  • Submitting invoices to the accounts team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in store management, inventory control, and Labour supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of store operations and retail sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
