Job Description

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
Maintain proper documentation of material receipts and issues in ERP/system and manually as required.
Ensure safe and systematic storage of materials, consumables, and spare parts.
Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and Production departments for smooth flow of materials.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and identification of all stored items.
Maintain records of rejected materials and coordinate their return or disposal.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and submit to management.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and audit requirements in the store area.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Supply Chain discipline.
2–4 years of experience in store operations in a manufacturing or steel industry.
Knowledge of inventory management systems ERP preferred.
Good understanding of materials handling, FIFO, and store procedures.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
