As an experienced candidate with 2-5 years in the food industry, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Your role will involve supervising, training, scheduling, and evaluating store staff to create a positive team environment. Additionally, you will manage bakery inventory, including ordering, receiving, stock control, and conducting regular audits to maintain optimal levels and prevent waste.
