Position Overview:

The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining construction materials and equipment at our warehouses and project sites. The role ensures inventory accuracy, proper storage, and timely issuance of materials to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement in the inventory management system.
• Issue materials and equipment to project teams as per approved requests.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and warehouse areas.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures in handling materials and equipment.
• Assist in preparing reports on inventory usage and stock levels for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of

  experience as a storekeeper, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety and health standards in material handling.
