Store Keeper

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory operations efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory audits, and report stock movement accurately and promptly.

• Receiving & Inspection:

• Receive and verify incoming goods, inspect quality and quantity, and ensure items are stored correctly in designated areas.

• Issuing & Dispatching:

• Prepare and issue materials according to production requirements, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.).

• Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions (receipts, issues, adjustments) using manual logs or ERP systems.

• Organization & Safety:

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards for food storage.

• Reporting:

• Generate daily/weekly stock reports and highlight discrepancies to management promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally within a

  pasta, flour, or dry food manufacturing environment

• Technical Skills:

  Knowledge of ERP or inventory software systems is a plus

• Location:

  Open to both

  local hire and overseas candidates

• Availability:

  Immediate or within 1 month

• Salary:

  2500 QAR + Accommodation
