We are currently looking for an experienced Store Keeper to join our team and oversee the storage, organization, and dispatch of dry food materials—specifically in a pasta or flour manufacturing environment . The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory operations efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory audits, and report stock movement accurately and promptly. Receiving & Inspection: Receive and verify incoming goods, inspect quality and quantity, and ensure items are stored correctly in designated areas. Issuing & Dispatching: Prepare and issue materials according to production requirements, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.). Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions (receipts, issues, adjustments) using manual logs or ERP systems. Organization & Safety: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards for food storage. Reporting: Generate daily/weekly stock reports and highlight discrepancies to management promptly. 🧩 Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally within a pasta, flour, or dry food manufacturing environment Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP or inventory software systems is a plus Location: Open to both local hire and overseas candidates Availability: Immediate or within 1 month Salary: 2500 QAR + Accommodation Candidate Profile: Strong personality with leadership qualities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong communication and coordination skills Responsible, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Familiarity with food safety and warehouse best practices Skill Set: Inventory Management Warehouse Operations ERP / Stock Control Systems Dry Food / Pasta Storage Handling Material Receiving & Dispatch Documentation & Reporting Food Safety & Hygiene Standards Time Management Leadership & Team Coordination
