Store Supervisor

As an Executive RM Stores, you will be accountable for supervising the daily operations of the Storage Area (Warehouse) to ensure efficient task completion. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, overseeing goods" receiving and dispatching, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate smooth warehouse functioning. You will be expected to monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and replenish stock as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels. Additionally, you will supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to guarantee timely and efficient handling. Part of your role will involve managing the scheduling and training of warehouse staff to ensure they possess the required knowledge and skills for effective performance. It will be your responsibility to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked warehouse consistently. Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations, providing recommendations to management, and addressing any issues related to orders, inventory, or staff performance will also fall under your purview. You will need to ensure that all warehouse equipment is well-maintained and in working condition while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including GMP+ requirements. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with previous experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in a food processing environment such as Atta, Besan, Suji & Soya. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should be capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and have knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures. This role may require flexibility in working hours, including rotational shifts and weekend availability. The ability to communicate in Hindi is preferred for this position.
