Manage overall store operations including receiving, issuing, and maintaining materials. Ensure proper documentation of stock through GRN, issue slips, stock register, ERP/WMS entries. Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct periodic stock audits & cycle counts. Coordinate with warehouse and operations team to fulfill material requirements. Ensure timely tracking of stock movement (inward / outward) and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the store area. Monitor safety compliance and ensure proper handling of materials. Vendor coordination for material supply and documentation. Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports related to stock and store activities. Supervise store staff and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
