Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all daily store operations, which includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key duties also involve meeting sales targets, handling finances, implementing store policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.  Position Name: Store Supervisor No. of Positions: multiple Hiring Locations: Agra, Lucknow, Kolkata, Cuttack, Guwahati **Immediate Joiners preferred within 25-40 years of age limit. Only male candidates preferred   Staff and operations management Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees to ensure productivity and provide excellent customer service. Daily operations: Manage daily tasks, opening and closing the store, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and presentable. Policy enforcement: Implement and ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.  Inventory and sales management Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, order new merchandise, and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock. Sales performance: Track sales, set sales goals, and motivate the team to meet them. Visual merchandising: Prepare and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays to attract customers and enhance sales.  Financial and administrative duties Financial oversight: Manage store budgets, handle cash and banking, and prepare financial and sales reports. Supplier relations: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of stock. Reporting: Report on store performance to management and suggest improvements to increase profitability and efficiency.  Customer service Customer satisfaction: Ensure high standards of customer service and professionally handle customer complaints and concerns. Customer relations: Build relationships with customers and analyse trends to improve sales strategies.  Experience: While not always mandatory, prior experience in a retail store or E-store role is a plus. Education: Graduate or equivalent is typically required.
